Los pagos se efectúan por transferencia bancaria. En breve incorporaremos otras opciones de pago.

En el mail donde te especificamos el presupuesto final de tu pedido te indicaremos los datos para formalizar la transferencia.

Al hacerla, por favor, no olvides indicar el mismo nombre y apellidos con que rellenaste el formulario en nuestra web para hacer más sencilla la identificación de tu ingreso.

Once we receive proof of payment we will dispatch your order.

The package will be sent by registered letter to the recipient's address. Delivery time is around three business days from the time the package leaves the Poorwood studio for national orders.

The customer bears the cost of shipping. This will be added to the order expenses. The estimation is about 2.96€ for peninsular deliveries, Canary islands, Ceuta and Melilla; 4.06€ for Europe and 4.42€ for the United States. Expenses are calculated for packages of about 0-50 g. corresponding approximately to one the pieces ready to ship. For larger orders, consult us via email.

El envío se realizará mediante carta certificada a entregar en el domicilio del destinatario. El plazo de entrega está en torno a los tres días hábiles para entregas nacionales desde que el pedido sale de los talleres de Poorwood.

Los gastos de envío corren por cuenta del cliente. Se sumarán al importe del pedido. Suponen 2,96€ para envíos peninsulares, Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla; 4,06€ para Europa y 4,42€ para Estados Unidos. Gastos para pesos de 0-50 grs. que corresponde aproximadamente al peso de una de las piezas embaladas. Para pedidos de mayor peso, consultanos a través del formulario.

Poorwood only accepts returns up to 10 days after the date of receipt of the product.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs, so the refund will only match the catalog value of the bought piece.

The cost of the piece will only be refunded once it arrives back at the Poorwood studio and we verify that it is in perfect condition and properly packed.

Poorwood solo acepta devoluciones hasta 10 días después de la fecha de recepción del producto.

Los gastos de envío correrán por cuenta del cliente, de modo que el importe de devolución corresponderá únicamente al valor de la pieza adquirida que figura en el catálogo.

El importe de la pieza solo será reintegrado una vez llegue de nuevo a los talleres de Poorwood y se haya comprobado que está en perfecto estado y correctamente embalada.
